Plans for 1,000 affordable homes thanks to new funding package

Magenta Living

A housing association has secured a £137m funding package to build more than 1,000 affordable homes.

Magenta Living, based in Wirral, currently currently owns almost 13,000 homes across the North West, and aims to build the new properties over the next five years.

They will also use the funds, from Natwest, to carry out maintenance work on its existing homes and grow its portfolio, reports BusinessLive.
