Planning application submitted for 16-bed care home in Skewen

Skewen Neath Port Talbot Council

A planning application has been submitted to Neath Port Talbot Council this month for the development of a 16 -bed residential care facility on Cardonnel Road, Skewen.

The site is currently home to a former 39 - bedroom nursing home on the grounds, which has since been abandoned and is said to be in a poor state of repair.
