Singer Pink has hit back at the rumours that have been circulating this week linking her to Sean Combs AKA P Diddy after fans noticed that she seemingly deleted a fuck tonne of tweets out of nowhere.
ICYMI: earlier this week, celebrities including Usher, Pink — whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore — and Megan Fox were called out after it appeared they had been scrubbing their X (formerly Twitter) history in the wake of Combs’ arrest.
Taking to the very platform to address the shitshow, Pink wrote: “I don’t know why I became a headline this week, but I wiped my Twitter account on February 6!!! There is no truth to the rumours spread this week, and while I’ve met people in passing, I’m not associated with any of the people mentioned.”
She also shared the statement to Instagram (‘cos ya gotta be thorough!):

Despite reports from major publications saying that Pink’s page had been cleared recently, the “So What” singer’s X/Twitter account was actually cleared months prior, due to the singer copping tonnes of hate mail from trolls.
“I’ve had so many beautiful experiences on Twitter and made so many wonderful connections that I would never have had otherwise,” Pink said in May, per Nine.
“Now it’s just a cesspool of unhappy people that go on there to dump. It’s just not good for your mental health.”
As for Megan Fox, a quick check of her social media history shows that the Transformersactress has not used the platform since 2013.
Additionally, her Instagram has been empty since May of this year, long before Combs’ arrest.
Sean Combs was arrested on September 16 (local time) following lengthy investigations, interviews with witnesses and victims, and multiple home raids by authorities.
In a 14-page-long indictment from a grand jury, Combs was labelled by Assistant US Attorney Emily Johnson as a “serial abuser” and a “serial obstructor”.
