David Gilmour is selling his stunning seaside mansion for a whopping £15million.
The music legend , 76, and wife Polly Samson, 60, only finished building the incredible home two years ago, but the pair have already put their pad on the market.
The couple, who combined are worth £122million, have given up their seafront pad in Hove, East Sussex, after endless rows with their neighbours who were unsatisfied that the famous couple bought the 19th century bath house - Medina House in 2015 before demolishing it three years later.
David's neighbours hit out at the music star as they claimed the blueprints for his new home was 'over the top' for the area.
Since then, there have been ongoing disputes between the star and his neighbours, as they even found an issue with installation of noisy air con units in the rockstar's luxury home.
Following the disputes, the Pink Floyd musician has left his property in the hands of estate agent, Pereds.
The description of the sprawling house on the official website reads: “The main bedroom, with sea views in all directions, is a beautiful place from which to watch the sunrise and sunset across the sea.
“At night, it’s intoxicating to watch from bed the moon reflected in the water.
“When you wake up in the morning, the view is always a surprise: the sea and sky are never the same.”
“It’s a huge advantage not to have a busy road and traffic between us and the sea. We love the drama of winter storms over the water. Amazing to run across the beach to swim and a hop back to the house for a sauna.”
David and Polly's luxury home boasts five bedrooms, including a principal suite with dressing room and snug.
The sprawling mansion also has three bathrooms, shower room, open-plan sitting room, kitchen, dining room, study, office, library and music room.
If that wasn't enough, the £15million mansion also boasts automatically ventilated gym, sauna, air-conditioned humidified wine store, walled courtyard garden, sunken garden and orangery.
Other luxuries include underfloor heating, remote monitored integral CCTV system, remote-controlled door entry system with biometric fingerprint access.
