Piers Morgan says Phillip Schofield is "struggling" in the wake of his ITV affair and scandal. The 57 year old former newspaper editor and ex-ITV Good Morning Britain star spoke out as Schofield continues to keep a low profile following his downfall.
Schofield quit ITV This Morning last month amid a row with Holly Willoughby. Two weeks after his exit, he eventually issued a lengthy statement admitting to an affair with a younger male colleague, reports Birmingham Live.
Piers says Schofe, a dad-of-two, is "struggling" - but could turn the ITV scandal into a book and make a TV return. Schofield has left ITV, meaning his Dancing On Ice, This Morning and British Soap Awards gigs have been lost.
