Piers Morgan has publicly asked for his 'job back' on Good Morning Britain, after Prince Harry claimed i Nhis ITV interview that he and wife Meghan never actually accused the Royal Family of being 'racist.'
Going back nearly two years now and one of the biggest bombshells to emerge from Harry and Meghan's headline-hitting interview with Oprah Winfrey was their claim that there had been "concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he’s born" That statement led to accusations of racism against the Royal Family, something Prince William abruptly shut down with a brief denial when asked by a journalist at an event in the days that followed.
.A main presenter on GMB at the time, Piers was furious at Harry and Meghan for making the claim,. accusing them of lying, leading to a fiery clash with ITV colleague Alex Beresford, with Alex condemning Piers' attacks on the couple and Piers then storming off set as things escalated.

Prince Harry was asked about the apparent accusations of racism against his family by Tom Bradby, during Harry: The Interview, which aired on Sunday night. Bradby said: "In the Oprah interview, you accuse members of your family of racism.," to which Harry interjected. "No. The British press said that, right? Did Meghan ever mention 'they're racists'?"
Bradby responded: "She said there were troubling comments about Archie's skin colour. Wouldn't you describe that as essentially racist?" to which Harry replied that he would not describe the incident as racist, "not having lived within that family"
Piers reacted to Harry's answer in a defiant Twitter post in the aftermath of the interview and the reaction it sparked around the world. Now an anchor on Talk TV, Piers wrote: "I seem to recall being forced out of my job at @GMB for disbelieving Harry & Meghan’s unsubstantiated racism claims against the Royal Family. Now he’s finally admitted there was no racism, two questions: a) Do I get my old job back? b) Why should we believe a word they say?"
