Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg responds to transfer links over surprise Tottenham exit

Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has been quizzed over his transfer future after being linked with a move to Bayern Munich.

Reports in Germany claimed the Dane’s agent, Pini Zahavi, has been offering his services around with former club Bayern said to be taking an interest in a potential deal.

Spurs are in the early stages of formulating their summer plans and have been linked with the likes of James Maddison and David Raya, while Hugo Lloris and Davinson Sanchez are among the names potentially heading out the exit door.

Hojbjerg has told reporters while on international duty that he is focused on his country’s Euro 2024 qualification campaign before addressing his future.

“What’s lucky is that we play an international match tomorrow,” he told Ekstra Bladet, via Sport Witness.
