Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang left out of Chelsea squad again as he considers Los Angeles FC offer

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has once again been left out of the Chelsea squad, as he considers a move away from Stamford Bridge.

The striker has been dropped from the Blues’ Champions League squad for the knockout stages to make room for some of the club’s new signings, and he was not involved last week against Fulham.

Graham Potter did not select Aubameyang in the Chelsea squad to face West Ham this afternoon, despite the Blues boss saying on Friday that the forward’s future at the club was not over.

The former Arsenal captain’s options are limited have already played for Barcelona and Chelsea this season, meaning he is unable to play for a third club in the same campaign.

However, he would be able to move to the MLS, where the season gets underway later this month and so would count as a fresh start for Aubameyang.

Los Angeles FC are considering a move for the 33-year-old as a replacement for Gareth Bale, but Aubameyang is not particularly keen at the moment to play in the MLS as he still sees himself as being capable of playing at the highest level.
