Pierce Brosnan has been pictured looking noticeably different filming scenes for an upcoming project in Northern Ireland this week.
The actor, 69, was spotted in County Antrim yesterday (February 28), where him and colleagues are understood to have been working on the film Four Letters of Love.
He was seen in the town of Ballycastle, with him sporting a lengthy mane of grey hair for his role in the film - which is based on the best-selling novel by Niall Williams, 64.
Pierce - who is best known for having played James Bond in four films from 1995 until 2002 - looked noticeably different in character for the upcoming film adaptation.
The actor - whose credits also include Mrs. Doubtfire, Mamma Mia! and Black Adam - wore casual attire on set, donning a teal jumper, dark khaki pants and brown shoes.
He was photographed wrapped up in a coat and having accessorised the look with a scarf as well as a pair of gloves whilst working on the project in Northern Ireland.
Pierce - who has sported short grey hair in recent years - was seen working on set earlier this week and appeared to take photos with some fans who had visited the production.
Four Letters of Love centres on fated lovers Nicholas Coughlan and Isabel Gore, played by up-and-coming actors Fionn O'Shea and and Ann Skelly, both 26, respectively.
Pierce's other co-stars include Helena Bonham Carter, 56, and Gabriel Byrne, 72. The three of them have been cast as the parents of lead characters Nicholas and Isabel.
The film - based on the 1997 book of the same name - has been described as "a life-affirming tale about faith and doubt, maybes and almosts, and the miracle of love".
Northern Ireland Screen - who have helped fund the project - previously announced that filming would begin in Northern Ireland, before moving to the Republic of Ireland.
A synopsis reads: "[Nicholas and Isabel] are fated to be together. That is as sure as the sky is blue and the sea is ever changing. The question is whether or not they will ever find out.
"As ghosts, fate and the sheer power of true love pull Nicholas and Isabel together, so too does life threaten to tear them apart."
