Cyclists have been spotted weaving through Oxford Street despite a new ban on bicycles and other vehicles, as its major transformation gets underway.
London’s iconic Oxford Street has officially become pedestrian-only, with buses, taxis, cars, bicycles and other vehicles banned from travelling along the busy shopping thoroughfare.
