It was a busy budget week for Congress. The Senate held its budget resolution “vote-a-rama” late into the night of April 4, and the House finally adopted the revised resolution the following Thursday before both chambers left town for a two-week spring recess. CQ Roll Call photojournalists were there to capture the action.
