Photos: Georgia football rookies in the NFL

Georgia Bulldog rookies made a major impact in the NFL in 2022. Georgia had a record-breaking 2022 NFL draft.

15 players from the University of Georgia were selected in the 2022 NFL draft. 13 of these players had significant roles for their respective teams on game days.

The NFL is filled with lots of ups and downs. Former Georgia legends Nakobe Dean and Jordan Davis will have a chance to win a Super Bowl as rookies with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jamaree Salyer started at left tackle for the Los Angeles Chargers for much of the year after being selected in the sixth round of the draft. Nobody, except for maybe Georgia fans, players, and Kirby Smart, expected that out of Salyer. Minnesota Vikings rookie Lewis Cine saw his rookie season cut short due to a serious leg injury.

George Pickens was a highlight machine for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Jacksonville selected Travon Walker No. 1 overall, but he was not talked about as often as other top picks.
