Eamonn Holmes has claimed Phillip Schofield 's lover was transported from his home in taxis paid for by ITV.
The former This Morning presenter, 63, gave a bombshell interview where he hit out at his former co-star once again.
The Mirror has reached out to ITV for comment.
It comes after Phil, 61, admitted he had an "unwise" but "not illegal" affair with a younger colleague from the show.
Eamonn hasn't kept his feelings quiet as he has lashed out at Phillip on Twitter since he announced he had quit This Morning.
Now, the Irish broadcaster has claimed Phil would have the young runner over to stay at his home on Thursday nights.
Phillip would present the ITV show from Monday to Thursdays, with Eamonn and Ruth taking on the roles on Fridays up until 2020.
"I didn't know but I've subsequently found out from a very, very good source, because he [the runner] would arrive much earlier in the morning than I would for the programme, that he was delivered from Phillip’s London home," Eamonn told Dan Wootton on GB News.
He added: "Usually on a Friday morning, because Thursday was playtime when he and Phillip would hit the town and then he obviously stayed overnight.
"There are records to show that he was brought in the next day separately in cars paid for by ITV."
Dan asked: "So the management would have had to have known about that?"
"Unless Phillip paid the bills separately, but it would still have to go through the Accounts Office that they would have seen that and known that and this lad, lovely fellow, lovely fella, really good talented fella," he replied.
"Ruth and I particularly looked after him, he never once talked to us about any relationship, but we knew he was in a bad way and he was in a bad way fragilely."
The GB News breakfast host lashed out at Phillip on Twitter after coming under fire following the promotion of the interview with Dan Wootton.
Dan tweeted: "Eamonn Holmes reveals the real story about Phillip Schofield, his young staff member lover, ITV ’s cover up and toxic This Morning in his ONLY interview."
One angry fan commented: "Does Eamonn have a new book out soon? Or bitter after being binned off This Morning for a younger crew?"
Hitting back, Eamonn replied: "Just telling the truth in the face of a coercive controller."
Whilst another viewer asked: "So if you knew all about this, why did you just stand by all this time and do nothing? Just as complicit," to which Eamonn answered: "But I didn't know. I've never said I knew."
Eamonn later tweeted: "A lie unchallenged becomes the Truth ...... not on my watch it doesn't Pip. Tonight is for all my workmates over the years who were frightened and ignored by you and your controlling , coercive behaviour. All you who no one listened to. I'm here for you."
