Phillip Schofield reunited with his wife after celebrating 20 years on This Morning. The presenter took to Instagram to share a snap of him and Stephanie Lowe with their daughters on Tuesday night (September 6) as they enjoyed a trip to the theatre.
The 60-year-old shared the poignancy behind their choice of viewing which was Wicked in the West End. Phillip posted a picture of the stage with his millions of followers on his Instagram Story as he explained its importance to him and his girls.
"@wickedul has been such an important musical for our fam - and this brilliantly British twist is brilliant!!" the TV star penned. He then added some praise for the stars of the show, writing: @luciejones1 & @helenwoolf1.. you are amazing!"

He then returned to the social media platform to share a video of himself and daughters Molly and Ruby in the theatre have been recorded by Steph. While the presenter looked enthralled by what was happening on stage, Molly and Ruby couldn't hide their enthusiasm and clear love of the show.
"My girls are literally fizzing with joy," Phillip wrote over the clip alongside multiple s miling face with hearts emojis as it showed the pair singing along to some of the stage show's songs. Their interaction with the show came more enthusiastic with Phillip seemingly missing what they were up to as he focused on the stage.
Phillip also shared a snap of the foursome in their seats at the theatre, all with a tipple in hand. He tagged his daughter's in the post and added a red heart, showing the group are still as close as ever, w and a half years after Phillip revealed he was gay.
The family trip came hours after Phillip celebrated his 20th anniversary as one of the hosts of This Morning. He first joined the programme back in 2002 to replace John Leslie as a co-host alongside Fern Britton.
His co-host Holly Willoughby started Tuesday's show (September 6) by telling viewers: "We couldn’t start today’s show without mentioning something very special. Actually, it really is a huge achievement." But Phillip said: "I didn’t realise!"
Holly continued to explain: "Yesterday, we were doing our meeting, it’s always at the end of the show and it’s like, ‘What’s coming on tomorrow’s show’ and the producers went, 'Did you know, it’s 20 years exactly since Phil officially started presenting on This Morning? 20 years!'"
Phillip said: "It’s gone like that," as he clicked his fingers. A video montage of clips from Phillip’s first day at This Morning then played out on screen, showing him with his first co-host Ferne Britton. After watching the clips, Phillip revealed: "Oh my god, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that! That must have been the first series of I’m a Celeb… that’s mad."
Holly said: "Do you know what’s weird about that? Seeing you as the new boy. That’s so weird because it just feels like you’ve been here forever," to which Phillip confessed: "I was nervy as well. Fern [Britton] was so lovely looking after me!"
Holly smiled as she told her co-star "That’s what you were like with me on my first day!" Then Phil said: "Wow, thank you, I haven’t heard anything about the auditions… no one’s ever told me I’ve got the job! I never forget how lucky I am, so thank you very much."
