Phillip Schofield has given his fans a treat online, by posing topless to give some updates following his surgery to treat a 'debilitating' eye condition.
The This Morning presenter, 60, took to Instagram on Thursday to let his fans know he had "finally got the incredibly annoying 'floaters' " removed from his left eyeball earlier that day.
Phillip - who enjoyed a canoeing trip with his handsome PT the day before - also shared a cheeky topless snap with his followers as he made a little joke about his post-surgery recovery.
Posing for the camera in a shirt and a big, white eye-patch, the TV legend began on his Instagram Stories saying: "Finally got the INCREDIBLY frustrating 'floaters' sucked out of my left eyeball."
The cheeky star then went on to share a mirror shot showing him posing topless with electrode stickers adorned across his chest as he joked: "Er... Was I supposed to come home with these still on?"
Phillip then went on to make the most of the heatwave currently sweeping the nation, as he soaked up the sun in his garden following the operation.
"Factor 50 on half my face or the patch mark will last for days," he joked on his Instagram Stories - adding an emoji of a parrot and a pirate flag to poke fun of his new look.
Speaking about his condition previously - prior to undergoing surgery - Phillip told This Morning viewers in 2020: "My retinas are not detaching, but I have debilitating eye floaters."
It's believed the Dancing On Ice presenter underwent a vitrectomy - a procedure he once claimed would be the "only way" to help him with his eye problem.
"I am at the cutting edge of all this, let me tell you, because the only way to treat them is a vitrectomy, where they suck the jelly out of your eye," he previously explained.
"Within 12 months you get a cataract, so they are trying to pioneer a half vitrectomy which started in America – see I know a lot about this!
"You have half the vitrectomy, take the floaters out, but you don’t get a cataract. And I am hoping I might be the first person in the country to get this!"
Co-host Holly Willoughby replied: "Would you want to be the first?" to which Phillip revealed: "Yes I would, because they drive me insane! My vision is like a filthy bathroom window drifting across my eyes, and it drives me crazy."
Phillip's surgery comes just hours after he enjoyed a 'lovely day' canoeing alongside his personal trainer.
The presenter posted a series of videos on Instagram in which he showed his followers that he had been spending some time in the great outdoors on Wednesday.
Phil revealed it was part of a three-hour workout with his personal trainer - who featured in the footage.
Posting a video of himself in a canoe, he wrote: "That was a lovely day." He panned around the river for his followers, with his trainer visible in the background.
