Philippe Clement addressed his Rangers players on the pitch after the Premier Sports Cup final loss to Celtic.
The Belgian manager was seen leading a post-match talk while surrounded by his players just minutes after the agonising shoot-out defeat.
While waiting to collect their runners-up medals, Clement issued a stern team talk with the manager gesturing to his players in a post-mortem of the cruel defeat.
Clement was quick to console Ridvan Yilmaz immediately after the shoot-out after the full-back saw his penalty saved by Kasper Schmeichel.

The defender was visibly emotional after Celtic claimed victory as Clement comforted the teary Turkish internationalist.
Rangers captain James Tavernier was also seen supporting Ridvan after his penalty miscue.
After the players gathered at the side of the pitch, Clement began to deliver a post-match speech with his gutted players listening on as rival supporters celebrated in the stands.
Jack Butland, James Tavernier, Ianis Hagi and Danilo all scored from the spot in the shoot-out but Celtic ran out 5-4 victors.
