Mark Flaherty has resigned from the PGA Tour Policy Board, PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan confirmed on Sunday, making him the second independent director to step down in less than a week.

Last Monday, Jimmy Dunne, who helped negotiate the PGA Tour's framework agreement with Saudi Arabia's Public Investment (PIF) fund last year, left his role.
