Rory McIlroy will play his opening two rounds of the PGA Championship alongside defending champion Justin Thomas and two-time major winner Collin Morikawa.

The second major of the season gets underway at Oak Hill this afternoon, with McIlroy looking to bounce back from his disastrous missed cut at the Masters last month and mount a serious bid at ending his nine-year major drought.
