A petrol bomb has been thrown at a man in East Belfast in what police have described as an arson attack on Thursday night.
The device did not ignite and the man was not injured during the incident.
The incident, which happened just before 11pm, was reported to have involved three men in masks in Lewis Drive.

Police also said the men had smashed the front windscreen and side windows of a car outside a property on the same street.
PSNI Detective Sergeant Kitchen said: "During the course of the incident, a petrol bomb was thrown at a man which had thankfully failed to ignite and is now subject to ignition.
"We are also investigating reports that three masked men were armed with multiple weapons.
"Enquiries are ongoing and we're keen to hear from anyone who was in the area and who witnessed anything."
