Venture capitalist Peter Thiel wielded significant influence over prominent tech leaders, including Meta Platforms Inc. (NASDAQ:META) CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) CEO Elon Musk at critical junctures in their careers, according to a researcher tracking Founders Fund‘s broader impact on Silicon Valley.

What Happened: Mario Gabriele, a venture capital researcher who spent 18 months studying Thiel and his investment firm, said during a Tuesday interview with Not Boring Radio that Thiel had “red-pilled” several influential tech figures who attended President Donald Trump‘s January 20 inauguration.
