Peter Kay looked considerably slimmer in a recent selfie taken after a show.
The comedian, 49, is performing at the O2 in London after taking a 12-year-break from the spotlight due to "unforeseen family circumstances". Musician Bryan Edery uploaded a video of the pair at the sold-out venue in which Peter was virtually unrecognisable from his days on BBC's Car Share.
In the clip Mr Kay wore a black tracksuit and uttered the immortal: "Two lamb bhunas" before both men started laughing, the Mirror reports.

Captioning the video on Instagram, Bryan said: "I was fortunate enough to be invited by my good friends to see Peter Kay’s amazing show at the O2. And then very lucky to meet the man himself backstage. Go and see Peter’s show, it’s incredible. Secondly, thank you friends, you know who you are #peterkaytour."
Hundreds of Peter Kay fans have commented on the update, with many saying he looks different. Colin said: "Wow you've lost weight, look brilliant" while mbarratt169 said: "I didn't recognise him".
Jamie said: "Wow looks a different bloke", while Wendy said: "I was thinking 'where is Peter?' Gosh, didn't recognise him". Graham said: "Wow that’s some mega weight loss Peter lad" and Karl said: "Saw him last week, the king of comedy is back".
