Peter Andre is "so happy" to reunite with his family in Australia after being forced apart in the last two years due to Covid restrictions.
The Mysterious Girl singer, 48, revealed the countries' borders will open up to double-vaccinated travellers later this month.
And understandably, Peter was left overjoyed by the exciting news, as it means he can finally see seeing his elderly parents and sister Debbie.
He wrote in his weekly new! magazine column: "I was so happy to hear that Australia is opening its borders to double vaccinated travellers from 21 February.
"When I heard the news I couldn't believe it and I kept rechecking all the articles, as it didn't seem real.
"It's the greatest news I could have had this year."
He continued: "I can't wait to finally see my sister and parents. I'm planning to visit as soon as possible and some of the kids will hopefully come with me.
"They love their grandparents and aunty. If the kids can't all come on this first trip then we will plan to go again later in the year, all six of us.
"I, like millions, have waited patiently for this news, so it's a huge boost."
Peter has been holed-up with his family at their Surrey home since Covid began in 2020.
He is excited to be able to see his family again after a long time apart.
In recent days, Peter shocked fans as he showed off the strong resemblance between himself and his teenage son Junior.
Junior is the spitting image of his dad as the pair larked around posing for pics showing off their close bond.
Sharing a shot to Instagram Junior captioned the post: "Like father like son."
He added a devil emoji.
To which Pete replied: "I am taller."
And Pete also posted the same pic on his own account with the caption "Love ya son" to which he replied, "Love ya pops."
Fans were also recently shocked at how much he looks like daughter Princess in throwback snap from the 90s.
His followers couldn't believe their eyes as they noticed the strong resemblance between the singer and his daughter.
He posted a never-seen-before video clip from his younger days, where he looked incredibly different.
But fans were quick to point out he reminded them so much of 13-year-old Princess in the footage, who he shares with ex-wife Katie Price.
In the comments section, people went wild over their similarities.
"Sooooo much like princess here," one person gushed.
A second shared: "OMG, how much does Princess look like you."
"Princess is your double," a third echoed.
