Peter Andre's wife Emily MacDonagh has shared a sweet photo of her lookalike brother.
Emily, 32, posted the photo of her brother Tom, who is also a doctor and runs his own cosmetic clinic in Bristol.
"So lovely to pop in and see my bro @drtmacdonagh and @dr.mahmoud.aziz who are working their socks off as usual at their clinic. Very proud! @azthetics.uk," she captioned the snap.
In the capture, Emily is seen wearing light blue jeans with a white long-sleeved polo neck as she puts her arm around her sibling.
Tom also opted for the casual look in a tight black t-shirt and black jeans.
Fans rushed to comment on the sweet family photo, with many commenting on how similar they look.
One wrote: "Double of each other".
Another said: "Wow ye look so alike!"
"Your brother has got your smile Dr Emily," one fan noticed about the NHS doctor who is stepmother to Katie's children Junior, 16, and Princess, 14.
The lovely photo comes after Peter Andre's ex-wife Katie Price branded Emily a "disgusting person" in a heated rant.
In an outburst, which she has since deleted, Katie claimed that Emily is using her children for fame.
She shared a snap of the front cover of Closer magazine, which featured a story about Emily titled: "Emily on life with Jordan's kids" and a quote from her which read: "I try to keep things consistent".
Furious Katie blasted: "My mouth has been shut for so long but I've had enough of people selling stories on me and particularly this so called woman @dr_emily_official.
"Always said I don't want to be famous yet doesn't do too bad to stay away from media and TV and now trying to make a career out of it.
"So cringe she has used my children to make money in photo shoots yet covers her own children's faces up!
"She claims to be a doctor who clearly hasn't a clue about mental health oh and stopped my daughter from visiting me at The Priory when she wanted to see her mum.

"She is so jealous of my relationship I have with princess and puts me down, Emily you are not and will never be my kids parents so mind your own business, your so two faced and definitely not the person you portray to the public.
"I think you're a disgusting person so stop trying to interfere in my life," she concluded.
Peter and Emily got married in 2015 and share kids Amelia, eight and Theodore, five together.
