Peter Andre has shared his fears as his teenage son Junior Andre follows in his footsteps and joins the music industry.
The 16-year-old has been teasing the release of his new music after signing a recording contract with Columbia Records last year.
Although Peter is incredibly proud of his son and his work, he is still worried about how things will go for him.
"Of course, there's a lot of fear, because you get thrown into the lion's den," he told new magazine.
"But I'm hoping that with everything I'm telling him on a daily basis, he will be OK.
"We sit and we talk about things, and he knows I'm right next to him the whole time. It's unbelievable how similar we are."
"Like me, he wanted to be an actor but he also has a talent for songwriting," Peter added.
It was reported last year that Junior signed a record deal and has been working on music.
Peter, who shares Junior with ex Katie Price, had said that it's a "very busy time" for his eldest who has been "writing and putting his album together."
"We're still developing him but it's so cool and I'm so proud of him," Peter penned in his column for new! magazine.
Peter further commented at the time that he felt "very lucky" to be involved in the process with his son and to "help in any way I can with his career."
At the end of December, fans got to see a glimpse of him hanging out in the recording studio after he jetted off to Dubai with his family - including sister Princess Andre, 14, father, and step-mum Emily MacDonagh, 32.

A snap of him in the studio was shared by music producer Ayo Beatz, who took to social media to share that they were working together.
The musician - who remixed the track Drive by Clean Bandit and Topic, featuring Love Island 's Wes Nelson - posted a video of Junior eating sushi in a studio.
The up-and-coming artist also shared the clip to his own account on the platform, which has over 500,000 followers.
According to Junior's father, fans don't have long to wait as he is reportedly releasing music this year.
