Peter Andre has revealed he is yet to plan anything for his wife Emily 's 33rd birthday - just days before the special occasion!
The NHS doctor and mum-of-two is celebrating her birthday today alongside her children and husband Pete.
But it appears Peter wasn't exactly prepared for the day after leaving plans until the very last minute.
The 49-year-old singer opened up about Emily's upcoming birthday in his latest magazine column.
Writing for OK! magazine, Peter shared: "It's Emily's 33rd birthday this week and I haven't actually planned anything or sorted her presents. I was so organised with our anniversary, but now this.
"Of course, by the time this comes out I will have sorted everything. Emily is one of these people that you could buy a plant pot for and she's be as happy as if you'd bought her a car.
"I went all out for our anniversary, so for her birthday it might be something more simple."
He added: "It's nice to mix it up and doesn't want anything fancy. Well, I'll just keep telling myself that! I can tell you all about it next week."
It comes weeks after Peter unveiled his lavish gift for Emily to celebrate their 10 year anniversary.
The dad-of-four marked their relationship milestone, which coincided with their seventh wedding anniversary, with a sparkly ring for his NHS doctor wife.
As well as the diamond ring, he also took on a child-free date night to celebrate.
Peter said they had exchanged some "lovely" traditional wool and copper gifts for their wedding anniversary, but wanted to get something extra special to mark their decade together.
"I know the traditional gifts for seven years are wool and copper, but I saw a beautiful ring a couple of months ago that I really liked, and as we’re also celebrating 10 years together, I just bought it,” he explained in his magazine column.
"I know it’s not about presents, it’s about us being together and marking a milestone, but why not?"
Peter detailed their celebrations and revealed he had some very familiar babysitters to look after his two youngest children.
"Emily and I had an amazing time celebrating our seventh wedding anniversary. We went out for a quick dinner, just the two of us, and we were laughing the whole time," Peter told the publication.
"It’s great to have some one-on-one time. It was only for an hour but we still felt like we wanted to get home to the kids!"
The couple enlisted the help of Princess and Junior, who he shares with his first wife Katie Price, to look after his youngest children Theodore and Amelia, who he shares with Emily.
Peter previously paid tribute to Emily on their wedding anniversary, telling her: "You have a heart of pure gold."
The singer shared the loving message to Emily on his Instagram page, alongside a video of pictures of the gorgeous pair's wedding day, and other special memories.
