Former Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson was as confused as you were as to why he was a guest judge during this weekend’s Pro Bowl Games.
Davidson was one of the weekend’s celebrity guests and hilariously questioned why he was offering his judgements in the Best Catch competition.
The King of Staten Island standout was a good sport as he tried to help assess who had the best catch on the day, which was eventually awarded to Detroit Lions wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown.
However, Davidson was genuinely unsure why the NFL was leaning on him to make such a big decision.

Although, Davidson did find one cheeky way to feature his signature sense of humor on one of his judging scores.

Keep being you, Pete Davidson. If the Pro Bowl Games come back next year, they’ve got to keep bringing Davidson back into the fold. He might not be the best authority on a great NFL catch, but he sure can bring the laughs.
While we’re at it, you can check out St. Brown’s competition-winning catch below.
