This weekend sees the return of Perth City’s Winter Festival after a three-year break offering families a host of fun and free festive activities.
Tonight little ones can visit Santa’s Grotto or go on a Christmas Ghost Tour before the main Christmas Lights switch-on takes place on Saturday.
But amongst the revelry a local pet welfare group has urged future switch-on events to look at alternative displays to fireworks.
