A personal trainer who harassed his ex-girlfriend in a bid to “win her back” was today (Friday) handed a combination order.
Joshua Luke Price, 23 and with address at Trinity Edge, St Mary Street in Manchester, had pleaded guilty to a charge of causing her fear that violence would be used against her between October 31, 2021 and December 21, 2021.
Judge Geoffrey Miller QC imposed a combination order consisting of 75 hours community service and a two year probation order. He also imposed a restraining order of two years and warned Price not to have direct or indirect contact with his victim or he could face a prison sentence of up to five years.
