Ellyse Perry's efforts with bat and ball have helped Australia beat the West Indies by 90 runs in their first warm-up match for the Women's World Cup.
Perry (62 off 77) struck a half-century after Australia was sent in, helping tally 7-259 in Christchurch on Sunday.
The champion allrounder then took two wickets in her first over, finishing with 2-6 off three as Meg Lanning's side kept the Windies to 6-169 off their 50 overs.
Unlike Australia, the Carribbean outfit, ranked world No.7, are not expected to challenge for the 50-over World Cup title after the tournament in New Zealand begins next weekend.
Australia fielded 13 players in the experimental hitout at Lincoln Green, allowing nine bowlers to roll their arm over.
The Australian innings caught fire late, with Tahlia McGrath (45 off 45) and Annabel Sutherland (48 off 35) pushing out the total.
West Indies captain and star allrounder Stafanie Taylor removed Lanning for three on her way to 3-51.
The Jamaican did her best to haul in the Australian total, striking nine fours on her way to 67 off 86 - ensuring she finished with the match's best figures as batter and bowler.
However, Taylor's was a lone hand, with none of her teammates able to match her efforts to challenge in the chase.
Lanning's side have one final hit-out, against New Zealand on Tuesday, before their tournament opener against holders England in Hamilton on Saturday.
