Hilton has not publicly confirmed the account, while his family said on Sept. 14 that he had left hospital and entered a residential treatment programme focused on his mental health and recovery.
The claim follows an Aug. 4 emergency response at Hilton's Miami home after viewers contacted authorities about a TikTok livestream. The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to reports that Hilton was livestreaming acts of self-harm. He was later taken to hospital for medical attention.
