Pep Guardiola believes Manchester City have “nothing” to worry about, even though Liverpool could potentially end this weekend top of the Premier League table.
The start of April marks the beginning of what is set to be a pivotal month in the title race. Liverpool are preparing to play Watford in the early kick-off on Saturday and will move into top spot with a win, prior to Manchester City taking on Burnley at Turf Moor later that afternoon.
However Pep Guardiola says he is not worried by Jurgen Klopp’s side closing in on the league leaders . Asked if kicking-off against Burnley in second place would have an effect on his players, the City boss delivered a blunt response.
