Pep Guardiola believes that Nottingham Forest, along with 18 fellow Premier League clubs, are pushing for Manchester City to be punished by the Premier League, after it was alleged the club breached over 100 financial regulations.

Much has been discussed about City's short-term future after the Premier League released a strongly-worded statement aimed at the club.

Club hierarchy at the Etihad Stadium firmly deny any wrongdoing and have welcomed 'a review of this matter'. Guardiola reaffirmed his commitment to the Cityzens at his pre-match press conference today and took the same stance as those above him.
