People who wake up with two telltale signs are being told to assume they have coronavirus. A professor heading up the ZOE health study has said fatigue in the morning, even after a good night's sleep, could be a symptom.
Professor Tim Spector went on to say that a sore throat may also be a sign you have contracted Covid, as this is more commonly reported in those with the virus than a regular cold, reports The Mirror. Professor Spector wrote on Twitter: "Twice as many covid cases as common colds currently - the ratio has never been so high.
"Symptoms much the same except generally more fatigue and sore throat - so best to assume it’s Covid! Hopefully this wave will be over soon."
