Two men have been banned from large parts of Merseyside and Lancashire.
Warren Kelly, 36, of Sycamore Drive, Chester and Andrew Dutton, 58, of Clover Place, Chester were both handed five-year criminal behaviour orders after they were convicted of four offences under the Games Act and two other offences under the Hunting Act for hunting hare in Ormskirk. The two men were known to poach across Merseyside, Lancashire, North Wales and a number of other counties up and down the UK.
The CBO bans the men from being anywhere in England and Wales, other than their home address in possession or control of a dog or with someone who is in possession or control of a dog. They have also been banned from parts of Merseyside and Lancashire, such as Southport, Ormskirk and Maghull, this is from acting in a manner that is likely to cause harassment, alarm and distress.
