An opportunity has arisen to take over the running of one of Swansea's most popular pubs. Stonegate Group is looking for someone to take over the running of The Westbourne along Brynymor Road. The pub group is looking for someone new to step behind the bar of the Brynmill pub on a 'retail partnership tenancy' basis, which it says gives you the freedom and flexibility to run your own new pub business.
The key features of the agreement include: A flexible term of up to five years with the inclusion of notice provisions throughout, flexibility of drinks tie to suit your business, with the ability to utilise tie release fees from a fully tied basis and peace of mind with property repairs - with Stonegate looking after all structural repairs.
It also includes low cost ingoings with deposit requirements from as little as £2,000, flexible credit terms, weekly billing and the ability to spread costs such as buildings insurance and access to a suite of dedicated training solutions to offer support in running your own business, Stonegate says.
