McDonald's has announced a menu shake-up across all of its UK restaurants. The fast food chain has confirmed it will be adding eight new items to its menu, but will also be axing several fan favourites.
From today (Thursday), shoppers will be able to get their hands on the new McDonald's additions, which include the Spicy Siracha Chicken Wrap, Mint Aero McFlurries, and the vegan McPlant burger. But to make way for these new items, five favourites have been suddenly axed.
Cheese melt dippers, the Big Tasty, Festive Pie and the Celebrations McFlurry have all vanished from the menu in all McDonald's branches, and are no longer available to buy. But McDonald's fans are particularly distressed by the disappearance of the mini potato waffles, which had been added to the breakfast menu last year.
