It doesn't matter whether you're young or old, rich or poor, a dog is always going to love you regardless of your situation. A wholesome moment between a man and his beloved dog has left people in tears after it was shared on TikTok.
In the adorable clip by @itserikaeileen, a man is seen cuddling up to his dog as they watch the sunset together with live music playing in the background. The dog's tail wags from side to side as his owner pulls him in closer. When sharing the video to TikTok, Erika says: "Do you want to see the cutest thing I've ever seen in my entire life? I can't."
She repeats the word "crying" about five times before panning the camera around to show the man sharing a "precious moment" with his pet as they calmly sit on a bench overlooking a beach.
Through her tears, she adds: "I hate this world but that was special."
While most users thanked Erika for taking the time to capture such a "beautiful" moment, others encouraged her to try to track him down to share the video with him.
One user said: "You should have taken a picture of him and given it to him. He would have loved that beautiful moment. I have your emotion level!"
Another user added: "The owner would love and appreciate the moment you captured! He needs to be found so you can give this to him. Absolutely gorgeous."
In response, Erika said: "One of his students found this and I'm going to try and connect with them."
While another user added: "I could only wish that if this were me and my dog that someone would capture it for me. Beautiful video."
A fourth TikToker said: "It's the tail wags. I'm in tears."
It comes after a dog and his 90-year-old neighbour went viral on TikTok sharing their adorable morning routine.
In the clip, 11-year-old Maisy is seen wagging her tail as she waits for pensioner Richard to slowly make his way down the road to her house.
When he reaches her, the golden retriever approaches him for her morning cuddles before returning to her owner to allow Richard to continue with his day.
