Where do you stand on Spain’s colonial past, sexism, and the influence of the Catholic church on public life? Have you ever wanted to try and persuade someone with a different view?
For a new Guardian series, we would like to hear from people, living in Spain, who have differing viewpoints about some of the most divisive issues that affect their country. We have a regular column in the UK, called Dining across the divide, where we send two people with opposing political views out for dinner. Now we’re putting together some special European editions of the column. The aim is to find out whether meeting a person in the flesh and sharing a meal with them can bridge divides.
We’re interested in hearing from adults from every part of Spain, who are open to meeting and discussing opposing views with another reader.
