Pensioners warned to watch out for scams as winter fuel payment recovery starts

Pensioners are being warned to watch out for fraudsters as the recovery of winter fuel payments for some people starts this month.

Winter fuel payments paid in winter 2025 will be recovered from pensioners with income above £35,000.
