Pennsylvania man gets into an argument with his wife. When she brings up divorce, he allegedly answers with an excavator

A 48-year-old man in Butler County, Pennsylvania, is facing serious legal consequences after he allegedly used a Kubota excavator to demolish his own home during a heated marital dispute. Eric Pierwsza reportedly decided to take his frustration to an extreme level after his wife told him that their marriage was over, leading to a situation that has left investigators concerned about the structural integrity of the property.

CBS News reported that the argument happened on Tuesday morning on Martin Road in Buffalo Township. According to the criminal complaint, Pierwsza returned home having spent the entire night drinking. An argument quickly escalated between the couple, and once the wife delivered the news that their relationship was finished, investigators say he issued a chilling threat by stating, “If it’s over, I’ll tear the house down.”
