Pedestrian taken to hospital for treatment of 'serious injuries' after Banbridge crash

A male pedestrian was taken to hospital for treatment of 'serious injuries' after a crash in Co Down on Saturday.

The collision involving a car and the pedestrian happened in the Newry Street area of Banbridge at around 5pm on Saturday, April 30.

The road was closed for a period of time whilst emergency services attended the scene but has since reopened.
