Peaky Blinders is set to return to our screens in the coming weeks for its sixth and final series.
Fans are hoping the last episodes of the hit BBC show will tie up the many loose ends left by the series five finale.
Although the drama is set in Birmingham in the aftermath of World War One, Liverpool is regularly called upon to provide the backdrop for the show.

And the final season is no different, with camera crews returning to the city in March last year for filming.
Here we take a look some of the filming locations across Merseyside that have featured in the hit show since it first aired in 2012.
St George's Hall
Cillian Murphy returned to the city for filming of the final season in March last year, when he was pictured outside St George's Hall.
The Irish actor, 44, who plays Thomas Shelby in the hit BBC drama was captured on camera alongside Paul Anderson, who plays his onscreen brother Arthur Shelby in the show.
Bramley Moore Dock
Liverpool actor Stephen Graham was also seen in Liverpool for filming of the sixth series as a new addition to the cast.
Graham was spotted filming scenes for the series at Bramley Moore Dock in May, dressed in a period costume.
There's been speculation as to what role Graham's new character will play with some suggesting he could be playing the part of Chicago mob boss, Al Capone.
Seacombe Ferry Terminal
Seacombe’s ferry terminal was transformed into a colourful film set for series three of the show.
The ferry terminal was transported back in time with vintage flags, boarding signs and parcels.
Port Sunlight
Another part of Wirral which was used for filming of season three is Port Sunlight.
Fans were excited to catch a glimpse of Cillian Murphy himself in the Wirral village, dressed in a flat cap and a black waistcoat.
The actor was also seen sporting an impressive ‘injury’ on the set with stage makeup making it look like he had a bloodied head.
Blue Coat School in Wavertree
Another filming location used for season three of the show was the Blue Coat School in Wavertree.
The Peaky Blinders crew spent three days filming scenes there in the school conference centre and beautiful domed chapel.
Adelphi Hotel
Peaky Blinders actors were seen filming outside the Adelphi Hotel for series five.
Aidan Gillen and Daryl McCormack were dressed in period costume as the production team shot scenes outside the hotel which was transformed to look like a London hotel in 1929.
A sign outside the Adelphi read 'Join us for Afternoon tea at the Royal Beaumont Hotel.'
Formby Beach
The gripping season finale for series four of Peaky Blinders was also shot here in Merseyside on Formby beach.
Our photographer was actually asked by the production team not to reveal what was going to happen so as not to spoil the ending for fans.
Photos showed Tom Hardy and Cillian Murphy talking intently in between takes of the last episodes.
Croxteth Hall
Croxteth Hall is no stranger to having film crews, with Stephen Poliakoff’s BBC drama, Close to the Enemy, being just one of a few film crews setting up there.
Peaky Blinders also took advantage of the heritage site and the country park by filming scenes for previous seasons there.
Rodney Street
Rodney Street was completely transformed into mid-1920s Birmingham for filming of season three.
All the lead characters were spotted on the streets as well as period cars.
Peter Wood welcomed film crews into his Rodney Street home for the show as it was completely redecorated to become the dining room of the home Thomas Shelby buys for his sister Ada.
Producers had also been on Mount Street, Upper Duke Street and Pilgrim Street.
The Welsh Streets
The Welsh Streets also provided the backdrop for scenes in series four of Peaky Blinders.
Kinmel Street, South Street, and Powis Street in Toxteth were all transformed to look like 1920s Birmingham for the show.
Retro-looking adverts have been placed on the side of buildings, along with classic cars and horses and carts on the road.
Stanley Dock
One of the most dramatic scenes for the series was shot at Stanley Dock by Titanic Hotel.
The gunfight that included Thomas Shelby was filmed right by the water.
The dock stood in for Garrison Lane in a post-First World War Birmingham for the first season.
Cast and crew also returned to Stanely Dock to film scenes for the fifth series, including Cillian Murphy himself.
