Talks to end the war between Iran and the US were thrown into chaos again on Friday after Donald Trump accused Tehran of leaking “fake” details of an agreement.

In a post on Truth Social, the US president said that the terms of the deal published in both Iranian state media and global news agencies was “fake news” amid growing confusion over the state of negotiations.
