PayPal issues 'important notice' to all UK users with an account

PayPal

PayPal has issued an 'important notice' to all UK customers.

The online payment system, which more than 32.5 million people in the UK use, has made several changes to its legal agreements that will impact customers.

From December 1 2022, PayPal will be withdrawing from the UK Financial Ombudsman Service’s (FOS) Voluntary Jurisdiction. This means anyone who has a complaint that occurred before January 1 2021 about PayPal will need to act now.
