What happened between PayBae and Lacy at Streamer University?

The controversy comes from a clip posted on X on July 19 by user @Awk20000. In the video, Lacy can be seen on the ground after Josh "YourRAGE" moved him out of his wheelchair during the event.

A few moments later, PayBae walked over and grabbed Lacy's left leg. He instantly reacted and told her to stop, saying it hurt. That's when things started getting tense between the two.
