Payas retains U-19 National singles crown

New Delhi Chennai Tennis Uttar Pradesh WB

CHENNAI: Delhi paddler Payas Jain brushed aside Divyansh Srivastava of Uttar Pradesh 4-1 to retain the Youth Boys U-19 singles title in the 84th Inter-State Youth and Junior National Table Tennis Championships at the Nehru Indoor Stadium here on Thursday.

Payas didn't have to sweat much as it turned out to be a one-sided affair. The Delhi lad dominated the show and didn't leave any chance for his rival throughout the match as he wrapped up in style in just 32 minutes.
