Paula Patton is set to make a guest appearance on an upcoming episode of Fox's drama series 'Murder in a Small Town.' In this episode, she will portray the character of Dr. Elizabeth Lewis, a skilled psychiatrist who offers her expertise to help Karl Alberg, played by Rossif Sutherland, in capturing a dangerous fugitive murderer who happens to be one of Lewis' former patients. The storyline revolves around a man who relocates to a tranquil Pacific Northwest coastal town to find solace from his past experiences in big-city police work but is drawn into solving a series of murders that occur in the seemingly peaceful community.
The show, based on a nine-book novel series by L.R. Wright, stars Kristin Kreuk alongside Rossif Sutherland. Apart from Paula Patton, the series features a talented ensemble cast including James Cromwell, Stana Katic, Mya Lowe, Savonna Spracklin, Aaron Douglas, and Fritzy-Klevans Destine. Notably, this project marks Fox's first scripted series co-produced with an international studio, adding a unique global perspective to the production.
