Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba looks set to end his six-year tenure with the club upon the expiry of his contract this summer. The 29-year-old re-joined the club from Juventus back in 2016, but has since endured a difficult spell.
Winning both the EFL Cup and the UEFA Europa League with the club in the 2016-17 season under then manager Jose Mourinho, the French midfielder has struggled for consistence in his game. Often criticised for a perceived lack of effort, being played in the wrong position or with long spells on the sideline through injury, many managers have struggled to fit Pogba into their preferred system.
With his time an United seemingly coming to an end, many other European clubs have already shown their interest in United number six, including PSG and Juventus to name a few. Having won all there is to win with his country, Pogba has since failed to emulate that at club level here in the Premier League.
