Paul Mescal delighted Transition Year students at his former school this week after paying them a special visit.
The 'Normal People' star is currently in Ireland as his new movie 'God's Creatures' hits cinemas. Many fans are hoping to spot the actor during his visit following his recent Oscar nomination for Best Actor.
The 27-year-old visited Maynooth Post Primary School this week as students prepared for their upcoming TY musical 'The Addams Family.' Paul was on hand to give advice to the budding actors ahead of the upcoming production.

Maynooth Post Primary wrote on Facebook: "Many thanks to our special guest and past pupil Paul Mescal. What an amazing moment and opportunity for our students.'
Students also got the chance to grill Paul about his acting career in a Q and A session during the visit. The star posed with staff and students alike for photos on the special day.
Paul's return to his hometown has sparked huge interest amongst fans. Maynooth pub The Roost has also generously offered the star a free pint during his visit.
