Paul Merson has described Frank Lampard’s appointment and the arrivals of Dele Alli and Donny van de Beek as a “good cocktail” for Everton to succeed.
The trio all finalised their moves to Goodison Park on Monday as the Blues look to kick-start their season.
Everton currently sit 16th in the Premier League table, just four points above the relegation zone.
